New Smoking Ban Groups

As of today, in 081, this weblog will be used for the groups that are studying the Smoking Ban.

A little history: Smoke-free Carbondale was a movement in 2003-2007 or so to make bars and restaurants smoke-free within the city. Some people felt this would give bars and restaurants outside of town an advantage. It didn't matter, because the state became smoke-free (no smoke) in January 2008. Now that smoking is illegal in all bars and restaurants in the state, no town or area has any advantage over another.
